memorial day

Well, Princeton reunions came and went. I had a lot of fun - which should not be construed as anything more than I had a good time. I think that this was the perfect way to jump forward from my employment at P. to my new career as a student: by going back to my university and seeing the people who helped to make me who I am. There's irony in that somewhere... I can just feel it.

I'm cleaning out my apartment today and it's nothing but dust and old papers. I mean, there's clothing in here too, but it's sorted. And there are dishes and electronics, but they're pretty much accounted for. What's killing me is that everything that is not made of paper is some form of dust.

There is excitement going forward: I actually just got another school acceptance, this time to University College London. With that in mind, I still think I'll be in Oxford next year.

Saw some P. alumni at Reunions. Got to sing some too. And had a fabulous dinner at Masala Grill on Chambers Street. Go there and order one of the vindaloo dishes.
